We create evidence-based multimedia resources that guide families of persons with Down syndrome by showcasing real workplace success stories and connecting communities with trusted organizations that promote disability-inclusive hiring.

Highlighting the benefits both companies and persons with Down syndrome can gain due to distinctive contributions, Plusonehire intends to break the stigma, support employment inclusivity, expand community support, and make room for exceptional talent.
