Inclusive Matters — By the Numbers

This infographic shows a brief graphical presentation of the results gathered from the online survey conducted on November 2025, running down the responses of the working community on the impact of corporate social responsibility in their respective workplaces through inclusive hiring and employment.

Formally divided into three sections, the key aspects included for feedback include: awareness on their companies’ CSR initiatives and if ethical standards were reasonably applied in business decisions, general observations in disability inclusion and workplace accommodations, and positive perspectives of company employees on working with persons with Down syndrome.

Much of the responses presented desirable outcomes, taking into account that their programs and initiatives have positively influenced the perceptions of the respondents. The concept of corporate social responsibility is pivotal for both employees and the companies’ reputation. Acknowledging the capabilities and aspirations of persons with Down syndrome to grow holistically with the corporate sector’s care and support reduces the severity of the public’s misconception, as businesses adapt to make disability-inclusion an essential element of corporate expansion.
